Does Lance Road submit applications automatically?
Yes. Once your profile is ready, the application runner opens each public employer link, prepares a tailored resume, answers supported questions, follows multi-step forms, and submits only after it identifies the employer's final action. A concrete security step or a question your profile cannot support pauses that application with the exact reason.
Can I save LinkedIn jobs?
Yes. Save a public job link with the Chrome extension, paste it into the web workspace, or share it to Lance Road from your iPhone.
What happens when I block a company?
Current non-terminal roles from that company close, and future captures with the same company name are excluded. You can remove the company from Settings.
Will it apply twice to the same job?
Lance Road checks saved roles against the existing workspace and keeps closed opportunities available for duplicate prevention. You can still review the source URL before any role moves forward.
Does Lance Road need my email password?
Never enter your normal Gmail password. Email verification uses a separate Google app password that you can revoke at any time. It is encrypted and used only to read application verification messages; it does not sign in to LinkedIn, Workday, or an employer account.
Can I delete my account and saved jobs?
Yes. Delete account is available in workspace Settings. It removes the workspace, saved jobs, captures, sessions, and sign-in challenges.
