Delete your Lance Road account
Effective September 29, 2026
From the web app
Sign in, open Settings, choose Delete account, type DELETE, and confirm. Your workspace, saved jobs, captures, application records, encrypted provider credentials, sign-in challenges, and active sessions are permanently removed.
From the mobile app
Sign in, choose Delete account in the capture inbox, and confirm the system prompt. The mobile session is cleared after the server confirms deletion.
Without account access
Email hello@lanceroad.com from the address associated with the account. We may ask you to verify control of that address before deletion.
What remains temporarily
Encrypted backups and security logs may retain limited records for a short operational period before routine deletion. Messages already delivered through email providers are governed by the mailbox holder and provider.
